When an organization or business wants to exhibit at your event, it should be a seamless process. Cause Machine has perfected this process and gives exhibitors a step by step sequence that allows them to easily and quickly sign up for your event.
On the exhibitors page, registrants have the option to see a booth map (if you have uploaded one) or to click through to register. You can have additional important information on this page, and it will also include a list of exhibitors that have already registered with links to their community profiles.
Once they click through to register, they will see a list of booth options to choose from. They select one, then click on the Register button.
On the next page, they will either select their organization/business from the drop down menu (if they already have a profile in your community) or they will create a new profile to register.
Once they have selected their organization/business or created their new profile, they will then select the booth space of their choice. Available spaces will be noted with a green color.
The last step will be the check out. They will receive a confirmation of their purchase with the booth number included.
